Modes de construction et dynamisme des confl its autour du foncier rural dans la région du Tonkpi en Côte d’Ivoire
La stabilité en milieu rural ivoirien mais principalement dans la région du Tonkpi est beaucoup éprouvée par de nombreux conflits autour du foncier. Examinant les causes de ce phénomène, cette étude a spécifiquement analysé ses modes de construction et son dynamisme. Ancré dans la démarche qualitative, cet article a collecté les données dans la région du Tonkpi (Ouest-Côte d’Ivoire). Selon les résultats, ces tensions émergent de la cession des terres familiales, des terres d’autrui, du non-respect des limites des parcelles, de la cession d’une parcelle à plusieurs demandeurs, du non-respect des clauses des contrats d’exploitation, de l’expropriation des anciens acquéreurs, de la délimitation des patrimoines fonciers villageois, les cessions de patrimoines sacrées. Ces conflits passent successivement par des antagonismes autochtones/ autochtones, des tensions limitées entre cédants et acquéreurs, une période de stabilisation et des tensions intercommunautaires opposant autochtones et immigrés. Ce faisant, les conflits autour du foncier rural sont liés aux transactions foncières illicites.

Abstract :
The stability in Ivorian rural areas, but mainly in the Tonkpi Region is greatly affected by numerous conflicts around land. Examining the causes of this phenomenon, this study has specifically studied its modes of construction and its dynamism. Rooted in the qualitative approach, this article collected data in the Tonkpi region (west-Ivory Coast). According to the results, these tensions emerge from the transfer of family lands, the land of others, the no-respect of limits, the transfer of plot to several applicants, the no-respect of the clauses of operating contract, of the expropriation of the former purchasers, the delimitation of the village land heritages, and the transfers of sacred heritages. These conflicts pass successively through autochthonous/autochthonous antagonisms, transferor/purchaser limits tensions, a period of stabilization and intercommunity tensions opposing autochthonous and immigrants. In doing so, conflicts around rural land are linked to illicit land transactions.
